Description: This is a great old Leonard and Wesley Faupel spade bit. It features chased designs and silver accent dots and rein chains. The Faupel's were a father and son team that produced bits and spurs (mostly bits) in Winnemucca, NV.  Leonard was born in 1904 and died in 1971 - Wesley was born in 1932 and died in 1995.

MAKER: Hallmarked  L&W (Leonard and Wesley Faupel, father and son team, Winnemucca, NV). 

APPROX AGE: Circa 1950s - 1970s.

SIZE: It has a 5 inch mouth piece and is 7 inches long overall (not counting rein chains).

CONDITION: Good for its age, normal wear expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
