Description: This is an amazing and larger size old Yavapai basket. This museum quality basket has both geometric and figural patterns (Human and Dogs) with crosses and a star in the center. This basket would have been woven around the 1890s, give or take a decade or so. These are highly collectible and this one is a prime example!
Weaver: An unknown Yavapai / Apache weaver.
Approx. Age: Circa 1890.
Size: Measures 18-1/2" across X 4" deep.
Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected.
