Description: Here is a great old candle snuffer from the Fred Harvey Era. It is accented with stamp work and a turquoise stone on the top. The Fred Harvey Era refers to a time frame from about the mid 1950s back to around the turn of the last century. Tourist bought Native Jewelry and other items while traveling by Rail and later by Highway. This item is from that era. It was tested as being either sterling (.925) or at least coin (.900) silver.

Artist: Most likely Navajo or Pueblo, but there is not maker's mark (as was common of Native Style jewelry from this era).
Approx. Age: Vintage (Circa 1920s - 40s).
Size: Measures 1-1/2" tall X 4-3/8" long. Weighs 11.6 grams.
Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
