Available for your consideration is an antique silver overlay engraved bit with a hooded port on the mouth piece. The shanks feature highly detailed engraved designs and silver dots done by a talented, but unknown engraver. The mouth features a cricket and it also has rein chains attachment. This example displays the utilitarian yet decorative qualities often seen in handmade Western bits and spurs!

SIZE: The mouth measures 5 inches wide, and the cheek is 8 inches long overall.
