Available here for your consideration is a pair of E.F. Blanchard #2 S.S. spurs. These spurs are marked E.F. BLANCHARD and YUCCA AZ. Blanchard was a well-known spur maker who lived in New Mexico and Arizona at different times during his career. One unique feature of most of Blanchard's spurs is the angled style of the swing buttons. Short shanks and wide heel bands are also a definite mark of Blanchard's style. His design eliminated the need for "tie-downs" to keep the spurs in place. Because his spurs fit a boot so well, it made them very popular with horsemen. The spurs feature a slightly curved shank leading to a ten point rowel. Add this pair of numbered spurs to your collection today!
