Chief Wolf Robe Turquoise And Sterling Silver Bracelet

For your enjoyment we present a Chief Wolf Robe turquoise and sterling silver bracelet. This bracelet features a lovely blue turquoise cabochon resting in a smooth silver bezel surrounded with coiled wire, silver dots and silver loops, all displayed on a darkened silver background. The two wire split shank terminal with conjoined ends is accented with stamped silver appliques accented with thick coiled wire. This turquoise and sterling silver bracelet is one you will enjoy for years to come.  
MAKER: Hallmarked WOLF ROBE (stamped). "Chief Wolf Robe Hunt was a Native American painter, illustrator, silversmith and sculptor of the Acoma nation. He was born at the Acoma Pueblo in New Mexico in 1905. His family eventually left the Pueblo to travel with a Wild West show. After his marriage he settled in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he owned a shop on 11th Street (Route 66) and sold the silver jewelry he made to tourists and Tulsans alike. After the freeways caused traffic to bypass his shop, he opened a trading Post in Catoosa, Oklahoma across the highway from the Blue Whale water structure. SIZE: This bracelet measures approximately 5 1/2 inches from end to end on the silver, and has a 1 inch gap (fits a 6 1/2 inch wrist). It measures 1 1/2 inches wide at the widest part, and the total weight is 50.7 grams.
