Nice Horse Hair And Leather Quirt

For sale here is a well-done, handmade, hitched horsehair and braided leather quirt featuring fine details. There is a leather popper, a braided wrist strap and a hitched horse hair handle. There are well-executed knots/accents on it also.
MAKER: It is marked, but illegible at this point.
