Description: A sturdy feeling, handmade, Fred Harvey Era cuff bracelet. This is a nicely built cuff featuring hand-stamping along the sides. It is set with a long oval cabochon of greenish-blue turquoise.

Maker: Most likely Navajo or Pueblo, but there is not maker's mark (as was common of Native Style jewelry from this era).

Approx. Age: Vintage (Circa 1930s - 50s).

Size: Inside circumference measures 5 1/8" plus there is just over a 1" gap (making this bracelet fit about a 6 1/8" wrist). It is about 1" wide across the face and weighs 34.7g.

Additional info: The Fred Harvey Era refers to a time frame from about the mid 1950s back to around the turn of the last century. Tourist bought Native Jewelry and other items while traveling by Rail and later by Highway. This old bracelet is from that era and likely came from one of the shops that made several of these. It was tested as being either sterling (.925) or at least coin (.900) silver.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
