Tufa Cast Figural Bolo Tie by Lee Begay

Offered in this lot is a Tufa cast figural bolo tie by Lee Begay. This slide features great detail in the casting with a dark blue Bisbee turquoise cabochon in a smooth silver bezel accented with eye-catching designs and silver dots. Tufa Casting is done using Tufa stone that is found in New Mexico and Arizona. A mold is made with this stone and the artists design is carved on the inside of the mold. Molten silver is poured into the mold and allowed to harden. The slide is on a thick black braided cord with unique Tufa cast tips with turquoise ends. This bolo tie will create quite a statement when worn with your favorite shirt.
