Description: Here is an old and unique Huron pipe bowl circa 1850s, with a modern stem and stand. The catlinite pipe bowl represents the shape of a hand holding a bowl. The design of the bowl is attributed to being a Huron. The stem is more modern with twisted design and tacked accents. It was made to compliment the bowl. The stem and display stand were made by Fortunate Eagle, a well-known artist. He specifically made the stem to compliment the bowl in a style that would have been period correct. There is correspondence between him and the former owner talking about this piece (and another pipe also).

Maker: The pipe is attributed as being Huron. The display stand and pipe stem were made by Adam "Fortunate Eagle" Nordwall (who goes by Fortunate Eagle). A well-known artist.

Approx Age: Circa 1850s for the pipe bowl and early 2000s on the stem and display.

Size: 3-1/4 inches wide X 19-1/2 inches long overall.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description.
