Description: Here is a unique belt buckle from the famous, Jewel Box collection. The Jewel Box was owned by Morrey and Honeylou Resnick. They opened in 1949 and were located in downtown Phoenix. Later it was moved to North Central Avenue, until it closed in May, 2006. Over the years, they amassed a large collection of Jewelry. Several of their pieces were photographed in the famous Arizona Highways turquoise issues from the 1970s, including the well-known magazines of the January 1974 issue, the August 1974 issue and the March 1975 issue. Where possible, the Reznik's original tag with information has been left attached.
This buckle is set with a Morgan silver dollar coin and has silver engraving around it. When you flip it over you can see the other side of the coin. Stamped as sterling silver by the maker.

Size: Measures 2-1/4" wide X 3-1/4" long. Fits up to a 1-1/2" belt. Weighs 75 g.
Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
