Vintage Five Stone Sterling Silver Bolo Tie

Offered in this lot is a vintage five stone sterling silver bolo tie. This slide has five turquoise cabochons resting in handmade silver bezels and displayed on a darkened silver background. The settings are accented with silver dots, and the slide features hand stamped designs around the edges. The slide is on a black braided cord with stamped silver tips. MAKER:  Unmarked, but attributed to one of the Simplicio family.
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s). 
SIZE: The leather cord measures 26 1/2 inches overall including the tips. The slide measures 2 3/4 inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide, and the tips measure 2 1/8 inches long. The total weight for this item is 69.4 grams (with most of the cord off the scale).
