Vintage Gibson Nez Turquoise and Sterling Silver Overlay Bracelet

For your enjoyment we present a vintage Gibson Nez turquoise and sterling silver overlay bracelet. This bracelet features a central turquoise cabochon displayed in a handmade sawtooth silver bezel. Surrounding the setting are intricate deep cut overlay designs with darkened background all on a smooth silver cuff. A textured background which was then darkened to emphasize and add contrast to this eye-catching design.
Overlay jewelry consists of two pieces of silver soldered together. The top layer has a design drawn and cut out. When the design is complete, the top layer is soldered to a second layer of silver, which will show through the open areas of the design on the top.

APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s).
SIZE: This bracelet measures approximately 5 inches from end to end on the silver and has a 1 1/2 inch gap (fits a 6 1/2 inch wrist). It measures 1 5/8 inches wide at the widest part and the total weight is 114.3 grams.
