DESCRIPTION: For your consideration here is a great custom spade bit by Ernie Marsh. Marsh is a Wyoming based bit and spur artist. Ernie attended master bit and spur maker Elmer Miller's school in Nampa, Idaho in 1990. In addition to Ernie being a Traditional Cowboy Artists Association (TCAA) Member, he was a 2016 United States Artist Katie Weitz Fellow, whose "annual, unrestricted awards celebrate artists and cultural practitioners who have significantly contributed to the creative landscape and arts ecosystem of the country." This bit is truly a master piece by a master artisan!
