Offered here for your consideration is a Circa 1930s to 1940s four petal box bow squash blossom necklace with handmade beads. This necklace features a lovely naja, highlighted with three turquoise cabochons all resting in smooth silver bezels crafted out of two carinated wires. The neckline is filled with 20 four petal box bow matching blossoms. Each blossom features a turquoise cabochon in a smooth silver bezel accented with lovely hand stamped designs. Two strands of sterling silver handmade beads conjoined into one, strung on foxtail wire finish off this necklace nicely. MAKER: Unknown etching on the back of naja, please see photo. Likely Navajo based on style and design however this item is unmarked (as was common of Native jewelry from this era). 
APPROX AGE: Somewhere between the 1930s to 1940s.
SIZE: This necklace measures approximately 24 1/2 inches from end to end and the naja measures approximately 1 3/4 inches across (at the widest point) x 1 3/4 inches from top to bottom. The blossoms each measure approximately 1 1/4 inches long by 3/8 inch wide. The total weight for this item is 118.1 grams.
