Deer Lodge Prison Horsehair Bridle with Walla Walla Prison Bit

Available here for your consideration is an older Deer Lodge Prison horsehair headstall and it has a handmade Walla Walla prison bit with it. Each is a classic example of the respective prison's work. 
MAKER: Unknown inmates.
APPROX AGE: Early 1900s.
SIZE: The bit measures 7 inches overall with a 5 inch mouth piece. The headstall is a standard to larger horse size. 
CONDITION: Fair for their ages, wear and fading expected and some damage to the headstall, mostly around the poll area. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
