Available here for your consideration is an early 1900s JB Moore pattern Navajo rug. John B Moore owned the trading post at Crystal and worked with Navajo weavers on original designs as well as improving wool quality for use in spinning and weaving and also encouraging higher quality weaving. He even published a mail order catalog, one of the first to do so. This is a classic example of a Crystal rug with frets, terraces and other motifs woven using bold colors of red, black and white with some gold. Navajo weavings are thought to be some of the most colorful and best-made textiles produced by North American Natives. They are sought after by textile collectors and Native arts collectors alike. Consider this one for your home or office today!
