DESCRIPTION: Offered in this lot is an Effie C. turquoise and coral bolo tie. This slide has three turquoise and two coral cabochons resting in handmade sawtooth bezels accented with silver dots. Two sterling silver snake appliques with dot turquoise eyes run through the settings, which are displayed on a smooth silver slide with nice hand stamped sun ray designs on the edges. The slide is on a black braided cord with dangles that feature one turquoise and one coral cabochon resting in handmade sawtooth bezels accented by coiled wire, silver dots and another snake with turquoise eyes. APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s). 
SIZE: The leather cord measures 39 inches overall including the tips. The slide measures 2 1/4 inches long by 1 3/4 inches wide, and the dangles measure 1 1/8 inches long x 1/2 inch wide. The tips measure 2 1/8 inches long and the total weight for this item is 73.8 grams with most of the cord off the scale.
