Description: Here is a Canyon City bit for your consideration. It has the vine and leaf engraving on the overlays that Canyon City Prison was so well known for. It has a loose jaw, halfbreed mouth piece. The slobber bar also shows overlays with vine and leaf patterns. This is a good collectible bit that could also be used without hurting the value much.
MAKER: Unmarked, but is attributed to Canyon City Prison.
APPROX AGE: Circa 1920s.
SIZE: Mouth 5 inches. It is 7-1/2 inches long overall.
