MAKER: Hallmarked E. Cummings (etched in script). Edison Cummings (1962-; Navajo). Active since 1990s. Multiple award winning artist. His early mark was an outline of a steer skull (may be with E.C.) was used prior to 1996 - this piece was likely done right after.
APPROX AGE: Fairly modern.
