Storyteller Concho Belt By Robert Becenti Jr

Offered here for your consideration is a storyteller concho belt  by multiple award winning artist Robert Becenti Jr.. The belt has eight conchos and one buckle each with a sterling silver overlay storyteller design with near perfect lines and cutouts. Each overlay depicts an aspect of the daily life of the Navajo people, and a stippling technique was used for texture and then the areas were darkened for contrast.The conchos are on a black leather belt. APPROX AGE: Fairly Modern (meaning 1980s or newer). 
SIZE: The overall length measures 32 inches long. The conchos measure 3 inches wide x 1 3/4 inches tall. The buckle measures 3 inches wide x 1 3/4 inches tall, and fits a 1 1/4 inch belt. The total weight is 441.4 grams.
