DESCRIPTION: For your pleasure, here we present this unique old oval basket! Besides being woven in an oval shape, it has wonderful patterns woven into the design that are, dog or coyote tracks, deer, whirling logs, human figures (both man and woman) and a butterfly design in the center.  It was made with willow and devil's claw on a three-rod foundation. This is a great old basket that is also highly collectible! It displays very nicely, is a wonderful conversation and would be a great item to add to your collection.

MAKER: An unknown weaver, but is Western Apache or Yavapai in origin.

APPROX AGE:  Antique, circa Late 1800 to early 1900s.

SIZE: Measures 16-1/4 x 10-3/4 x 3-1/2 deep.
