Vintage Concho Belt- Frank Patania

DESCRIPTION: Offered here for your consideration is a vintage sterling silver concho belt by multiple award winning artist Frank Patania. The belt consists of nine oval hand stamped and embellished conchos. The belt buckle is also a sterling silver rectangle with a repousse design. This is an amazing piece of history to add to your collection.
MAKER: Hallmarked FP (stamped). Frank Patania (1899-1964) Thunderbird Shop. Multiple award winning designer and silversmith. 
APPROX AGE: Circa 1950s-1960s.
SIZE: This belt measures 36 inches from end to end, 1 inch width. The conchos measure 3 inches long x 2-1/2 inches wide. The buckle measures 3-3/4 inches long x  2-7/8 inches wide. Total approximate weight 517 grams.
