Description: Here is an exquisite coral inlay and sterling silver concho belt by the well-known silversmith, Roger Skeet Jr.. We can't say enough about this beautiful belt, which has great hand-stamping and repousse work, not to mention the channel coral inlay. It has 7 concho's in total and also the buckle. All is sterling silver where it should be. The leather belt itself is by Gallup Saddle Shop, Gallup NM. The silversmith hallmark stamp with the broken "E" in his name and the piece itself help us to date this belt to circa the 1950s (Hougart's 4th Edition P. 316).

Maker: Hallmarked R. Skeet Jr, Roger Skeet Jr.(1933-; Navajo).

Approx. Age: Circa 1950s.

Size: The conchos measure 4-1/8 inches wide X 3-3/8 inches tall. The buckle is 4 inches wide X 3 inches tall. The belt itself is 41 inches long overall. Weight is approx. 755 g. which would include everything.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description.
