Description: Here is a collectible Michael Little Elk turquoise and sterling silver bracelet. This is a hand hammered ingot bracelet (you can see the hammer pings in the metal), set with three great #8 turquoise cabochons. It is also adorned with hand stamped designs and decorative silver dots. It has a great feel to it and is made from sterling silver. The #8 Turquoise Mine is in Eureka County north of Carlin, Nevada and was first mined in 1929. At present, the mine is closed to turquoise mining; it is mined today for gold.

Maker: Hallmarked with an antler symbol. Michael Little Elk, (1950-2012; Lakota).

Approx. Age: Circa 1970s.

Size: Inside circumference measures approx. 5-3/8 inches with an additional 1-1/8 inch opening (making it fit an approx. 6-1/2 inch wrist.) It is 5/8 inches wide at its widest part and weighs 44.7 g.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
