This is a beautiful "ketoh" or "bow guard." It has nice thick leather cuff, with a beautiful, handmade, stamped silver piece which is set with a nice turquoise stone. Look closely, Frank Vacit worked his hallmark into the design on the face of this bow guard. It is in 2 different places on the top and also on bottom. Tested as sterling silver.

Approx. Age: Circa 1970's.
Size: Inside circumference measures approx. 9 5/8" and 2 7/8" w at its widest part and weighs 137.6 g. Plate is 2 3/4" l x 2 1/8" w.
Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
