Description: A unique Fred Harvey Era cuff bracelet which has cactus, among other, designs stamped onto the terminals. It has beautiful, natural, greenish turquoise which it is changing due to its age. It is a likely a shop made piece from sheet silver.

Maker: Most likely Navajo or Pueblo made in one of the Trading Post type of shops, but there is not maker's mark (as was common of Native Style jewelry from this era).

Approx. Age: Vintage (Circa 1930s - 40s).

Size: Inside circumference measures 5 1/2" plus there is just over a 1 1/8" gap (making this bracelet fit about a 6 5/8" wrist). It is about 1" wide across the face and weighs 22.6 g.

Additional info: The Fred Harvey Era refers to a time frame from about the mid 1950s back to around the turn of the last century. Tourist bought Native Jewelry and other items while traveling by Rail and later by Highway. This old bracelet is from that era and likely came from one of the shops that made several of these. It was tested as being either sterling (.925) or at least coin (.900) silver.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items.
