DESCRIPTION: For your consideration is this outstanding turquoise cluster squash blossom necklace by the well-known artist, Victor Moses Begay. This is an older piece from this artist (the natural stones are starting to turn various shades of blue/green which indicates some decent age). It is set with turquoise stones in a "cluster" style on each blossom and also has silver drops that accent the blossoms and naja. There are hand soldered beads and it is strung on "foxtail" wire for durability. It is made from sterling silver where it should be.
MAKER: Hallmarked V.M.B. Victor Moses Begay (Navajo). Active since the 1950s.
APPROX AGE: Circa 1960s.
SIZE: Measures 22 inches end to end. Pendant measures 2-3/8 inches long X 2-1/8 inches wide. Weighs 165.1 grams.
