Presented for your consideration is a RARE Preston & Jesse Monongye 14K gold, sterling silver and inlay bracelet. This phenomenal bracelet features the hallmarks of both Preston Monongye and Jesse Monongya (Monongye). The story told is this was a sterling silver bracelet made by Preston Monongye between the late 1950s-1960s (he used the Peyote bird with a P between the tail and the wings on an applied plate hallmark in this time frame). Then Jesse Monongya (Monongye) embellished this bracelet with incredible 14K gold designs with a variety of multi stone inlays including micro inlay, etched stones and a rich coral cabochon, all displayed on the textured sterling silver cuff. Jesse Monongya (Monongye) started using this hallmark (JMONONGYAS with the S and the infinity sign) after his daughter Stephanie Monongye passed away in a car accident in 2002, meaning Jesse embellished this between the end of 2002 to 2010, when it was purchased from Jesse himself.
