MAKER: Signed Signed ZZ Wei. Zhao Bai Wei , ZZ Wei (1957-; Beijing). Wei graduated from the Central Institute of Arts and design before coming to the U.S. In 1989. He was the recipient of The Western States Arts Federation NEA Regional Fellowship for Visual Artist. He is in The Asian Hall of Fame (2004), and his painting Sunset was selected in 2009 for the U.S. Secretary of Commerce Collection
