Available here for your consideration is a vintage Storm pattern Navajo rug circa 1940 - 1960s. This rug was woven with hand carded and hand spun wool in brown, white, and grey. This classic Storm pattern is finished with a zig zag border, with a red selvedge cord on the sides and tassels in the corners. The Storm Pattern is a well known style which doesn't have a central diamond, but has a strong geometric, often rectangular, central element connected by diagonal stepped lines leading to other elements in each of the four corners. They are woven in a variety of colors. This textile would stand out in any Navajo rug collection.
