Maker: Most likely Navajo made, however, there is no hallmarks as was common of Native Jewelry made in the early 1970s and before.

Size: Overall width of the slide is 1 5/8 inches x 3 5/8 inches at longest points. It's on a 35 inch braided black leather cord with sterling tips. Weighs 55.6 g with part of the cord on the scale.
Condition: Vintage. Normal wear expected.
