DESCRIPTION: Presented here for your consideration is a Zuni eagle themed inlay bolo and belt buckle set that has been published in Cowboys and Indians Magazine. This wonderful set features a lovely inlay of onyx and mother of pearl to depict the eagle, with coral, turquoise, and onyx inlay accents throughout. The edges of both has phenomenal hand stamped designs to bring it all together. The slide is on a braided, black leather cord with silver tips. Please note that both tips have some dents/damage to them. This set is a must have!
MAKER: Hallmarked I. Simplicio, Zuni (etched in script). Isabel Simplicio (1928-?; Zuni).
APPROX AGE: Circa 1970s.
SIZE: The briaded leather cord measures 36 inches including the tips, with the slide measuring 1-3/4 inches at the widest x 2 inches tall. The buckles measures 3 inches wide x 2 inches tall, and fits up to a 1-3/4 inch belt. The total weight for these items is 86.0 grams.
CONDITION: Good for its age, minus the tips on the bolo that have some dents/damage expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
