Description: This is a late 1800 to early 1900s Plains beaded blanket strip. It has beautiful floral and other designs in the detailed bead work. It is about 5 ft. long and has 4 "medallions" along the length. It is sinew sewn and backed with old cloth from the period. Blanket strips such as this originated on the Northern Plains during the 1800s and older examples are very collectible.

Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected.
