Offered here is a beautiful first phase style concho belt. This is a great older belt with hand stamped designs. It has center cut outs for the black leather belt to run through. First phase belts happened when the Native silversmiths had not yet figured out the soldering process to put keepers on for the leather to run through, so they made these handy cut outs for it to go through. This belt was originally made in the first phase style and later on somebody added keepers to the back of each concho for stability on the leather. There is a lot of silver in this belt and it is sterling silver where it should be.
