These single mounted spurs have pattern #173 mounted in silver overlay on the outer side of the band and on the shanks but, unlike most single mount spurs, these are etched on the inside heel bands in the steel with flowing geometric designs. They have six point Mexican style rowels and old leather straps. Beyond being well made and nicely decorated spurs that are highly collectible as an early pair of spurs by this maker.
