Description: This is a unique spider pin or brooch which is set with a stunning piece of turquoise with nice matrix. The stone appears to be Royston turquoise or something very similar. Stamped as sterling silver.
Maker: Hallmarked with feather and J. Piaso Jr, Joe Piaso Jr, Navajo.
Approx. Age: Fairly modern.
Size: Measures approx. 1 7/8" wide X 2 1/4" long. Weighs 16.3g.
Condition: Good for its age. Normal wear and minor imperfections expected on used and vintage items. There is a tiny, hairline fracture along a matrix line in the stone. It's hard to tell, but it is there, so we wanted to point it out. Does not seem to affect the integrity of the stone or the aesthetics.
