For your enjoyment we present a sterling silver and turquoise bracelet by award winning artist, Julian Lovato. This bracelet features three lovely blue turquoise cabochons resting in smooth silver bezels. The two side settings are accented with a darkened and textured background, displayed on a smooth silver cuff. 
MAKER: Hallmarked J. LOVATO PACKARDS (stamped). Julian Lovato (1925-2018; Kewa). Active since the 1930s. He started working at Frank Patania's Thunderbird Shop, which is where he became the master of the "Patania style". Lovato was given the thunderbird stamp after Patania's passed. The stamp may be for the Packard's shop in Santa Fe, NM, which is where he worked before returning to Kewa Peublo. He was a multiple award winner, one being the 2002 SWAIA Lifetime Achievement Award. 
APPROX AGE: Vintage (meaning somewhere between the 1930s to 1970s). 
SIZE: This bracelet measures approximately 6 1/8 inches from end to end on the silver, and has a 1 inch gap (fits a 7 1/8 inch wrist). It measures 1 1/4 inches wide at the widest part, and the total weight is 84.5 grams.
CONDITION: Good for its age, normal wear expected. Please look closely at the pictures as they are an important part of our description and are hereby incorporated into the description, specifically with regards to condition.
